16 millions such a low price isnt it? look at shevchenko and the cost of that, and henrys much better...

if we didnt buy johnson and added that money to our transfer budget this season..we coulve afforded him...

Anyway, henry should flourish at barcelona...a more skillful game, with i would say a weaker defence...

Well, don't forget he is only leaving because it is barce, he wouldn't come to us for 66m :P

henry will do amazing there, if he signs for them barce are strong favourites for the title straight away.
 

Where will he play though? He generally attacks down the inside left channel, which is currently occupied by Ronaldinho. Messi isn't going anywhere I shouldn't think.

I can't see them playing all four up front so I would think one of Eto'o or Ronaldinho will be leaving.
 
Simple Bruce, ronaldinho and messi on the wings, et'o and henry more up front with eto'o the most forward.

Attack with pace, skill and sheer arrogance.

My money is on barcelona to win everything next year.
 
A 4 man attack? :D It'd be quite something to see but I'm not sure it'll happen. They were let down this year because defensively they weren't up to it. With that attack they'd be even weaker in defence. Be great to see though :D
 
well, they do say the best form of defence is offence right?

even with those 4 flying forward you would need 3 solid midfielders and 3 superb defenders, for example if we had those 4 we wouldn't do so bad with jags, neville & carsley in midfield with lescott stubbs and yobo at the back would we?

Of those 3 ronaldinho, eto'o and messi, barce would only even think about selling eto'o so if one of them is going, it must be him.
 

I think this is sad for the Premier League. I for one, love watching Henry play when he is on-form, as he is just brilliant. And now he is going to Spain. Boo!!!
 
Frankly who cares? :D If it means we stand more chance of getting into that top 4 on a regular basis then their demise can't come quickly enough. It will be interesting to see what Wenger does now though, and if he goes what will happen from there because many of those youngsters will be there because of him.
 
The only side that I wish to see crumble is the red [Poor language removed]. Out of the top 4, I believe arsenal plays the best possesion and attractive football. I'm sad to see henry leave. I rather gerrard gone and watch us over take over their top 4 every season.
 
thats what im refering too, dein has gone an a new wave of management is cascading through the club, if i remember correctly, they have to keep getting CL football and CL money to stay afloat due to the huge outlay for the emirates stadium.

rough waters ahead for the gunners, its going to be interesting.
