A scam account. Report the email and bin it. Separately, probably best done on a different device, log into your iCloud account and see if your phone is there.

I was messaging this lad on WhatsApp about tickets. He posted a photo which I clicked on to see it. After that I can’t access messages on WhatsApp and got that email.

WhatsApp is down nationally, so I think it's merely a coincidence. As long as you haven't clicked on the email link, you should be fine.

I would report it to Apple, and if you're concerned, change your iCloud password and make sure you've got 2FA.

Sounds like your phone is set to not be found it lost. Do the following to enable 'Find My' again.

Go to Settings
Click on your iCloud Name
Click on Find My
Make sure Find my iPhone is ON and Share my location is on

Thank you. I didn’t click on the email but clicked on a photo on WhatsApp. I’m worried he can access bank details, etc.
