Get some children's glue, like Gloy, and apply generously to the area with the crayon.

While still wet, cover with a handful of sawdust.

Leave overnight and by the morning it will be sound.

Nail varnish remover and cotton wool. That will get the crayon off. Unfortunately I have no idea what it will do to the screen
