Hi all.

I am currently in the process of compiling all of David Hirst's Sheffield Wednesday goals into a video but I'm missing quite a few from the collection - two of them against Everton.

The first was his first ever Wednesday goal - on 25th August 1986. I've looked around and found that you guys have a season review for that season - could anybody in possession of that DVD be so kind as to have a look if Hirst's goal is on there? If so, I'll pick up a copy on eBay, obviously I don't want to be spending a tenner if it's not going to be on!

The same goes for the second goal against Everton that i'm missing - in the FA Cup match at Hillsborough in 1990. Our 89/90 season review video didn't include cup games so I'm hoping it might be on yours.

Again, if anyone has it, could you please let me know if Hirst's goal is on there?

Thanks very much in advance for anyone that can let me know if either.

P.s. Ross Barkley is going to be a superstar...

Hi mate

I have the DVD and the video released in the 80's

and the goals from that fixture are not on either

The DVD shows the cover of the match day programme and gives a brief match "report"

Good luck with that he was a very good player Hirst in his day

Regards

David Hirst made me cum thinking he'd sign for Everton. Didn't he end up playing in defence or something?
