I've been getting headaches and migraines for over 5 years and just recently discovered that one of the causes was low iron (anemia). Low iron can cause several other symptom as well. Hope this info is helpful.

My daughter suffers from Anaemia and also develops a large ulcer on her tongue which is another symptom.
