He did actually, he also has done a lot to lobby for more protection for American Footballers, a documentary I watched a few months back focused heavily on him.

Im not sure if you watch wrestling or not, if you do watch it though, didnt Nowinski get a severe concussion by Scott Steiner throwing him over the top rope and smashing his head on the concrete floor ? There was a barricade there but the force in which he was thrown meant the barricade moved a little. It may of been this case alone or multiple, im not sure.

Yeah, I can't really remember the specifics, but he certainly suffered a severe concussion or many during his career. I'd say a lot of wrestlers do, some of that stuff looks incredibly dangerous.

I used to do that to my little brother. I would even carry it on when he had his hand on the couch claiming rope break.

At my aunties house about 25 years ago, me and my cousin were playing wrestling and for some strange reason they had two paving stones in the middle of the grass. I DDT'd him into the paving stone by mistake and he bit the end of his tongue off.

I got grounded for a good few days.

You may of got grounded mate but those things make people household names, not as good as Foley off the top of the cell but its better than anything i got, closest i came was being Kane, one arm chokeslam (he jumped of course) to my mate, put him through my new king sized bed, trying to put the bed back together without noticing the damage was a long day !
