I suffer quite badly from hayfever. Fortunately, tablets, eye drops and nasal spray in the morning keep it at bay, apart from the first couple of weeks in June when I tend to overdose a bit. Pretty bad at the moment. I'm surprised Karius hasn't been suffering from it.

John Henry isn’t on the board of any hay fever clinics......

All personal as to what antihistimine works for you, but I find acrivastine (Benadryl Allergy Relief) is good OTC (although expensive for what it is), and fexofenadine (Telfast) on prescription is the daddy.

I get a bad month and then my immune system seems to get on top of it and I'm alright without the tablets July August.

Never suffered from Hay Fever until about to seven or eight years ago. Get it in my eyes from about mid-April to middle of May. Doc reckons its Beech trees. Had it really bad about 5 years ago, both eyes. For two weeks, couldn't drive the car, read, watch TV etc., This year was rather odd, got it in my left eye but not my right! I use Optichrom drops which eases things a bit but doesn't cure it.

Me and my son have a boss version where we only suffer randomly. Found that out after a 20 minute walk to the park Sunday and half hour in we had to come back.
