Thats not what they (CoLP and HMRC) were after, its all (including a trial of Mandaric and Storrie for other tax evasion matters that resulted in more acquitals last year) they thought they could actually convict someone for after the investigation - which tried to work out what had happened at Portsmouth - had concluded.

Obviously that investigation will probably be looked at now - but dont forget what did actually happen at Pompey, who could well be put out of their misery on the 20th of February having gone bankrupt for the second time in five years, owing millions to the taxman, to local businesses and sundry other people.
