Everyone bums Moyes, and to be honest what he has done has been great. Its easy to say Everton cant provide Moyes with money, but fact is when it comes to getting major results Moyes just cant do it, the squad we have should be doing better...and thats not even results wise - better in actually fighting for a result - abit of ambition in the match etc...

`moyes needs to leave for everton to reach their potential`...........................fair dooz

"Everton retreated into themselves in the second half and once Liverpool equalised there only looked like being one winner. Moyes will certainly ask himself why that was as he reflects on an afternoon when a golden opportunity slipped by."

No he wont. He'll just point the finger at two players and crack on.

Moyes does have to leave if he wants silverware, he gets some stick from the fans but if we didn't have him for past 10years we would probably be sat in the championship or in relegation scraps every year. We wouldn't of been in europe, we wouldn't be getting to finals or semi-finals of cups and we wouldn't have many of the players we have today, so what he has done for everton is pretty good and who would blame him if spurs or chelsea did come in for him and he left. We are close to winning stuff and like 1/2 places from europa league places but we he can't keep us in this position for ever cos players will just leave due to getting fed up of being a nearly side, nearly winning trophies and nearly getting in to europe and moyes will be the same, he'll get fed up.

4 wins out of 23 in the derby since he took over.

I'm fed up too.

I think we are all fed up, I mean like we are all happy that we safe from relegation every season but none us want to be a mid table side playing for nothing each year.

The question is, do we want to take a risk to have a chance of winning trophies or do we stick with what we've got and hope the investor comes along ?

How do you know all this?

Our club existed for more than a century before Moyes ever came anywhere near us.

And we survived.

He had almost fifty unbroken years in the top flight before he came.

Keeping Everton in the top flight isn't a particularly hard thing to do.

All but two of our managers have succeeded in doing it during one hundred and twenty odd years of professional soccer in this country.

so if any other manager would have taken over 10 years ago from smith we would have been fighting relegation for the last 10 years if not relegated. is this what you are saying? a very bold statement.

well first of all in England we call it football not soccer and second of all, so your saying you believe that if we continued with walter smith we'd be were we are now because i disagree, and i didn't say we would definitely be in the championship but we would be in relegation scraps most seasons.

maybe not but what i am saying is that it would of been tough to of found many managers who would be able to change a team so quickly into what we are now.

I agree, Moyes turned this club around. But maybe thats all he can do, he cant really do much more, he just cant get us that tiny bit higher, get us to perform in them bigger games..
