Yes I'd have him in a heart beat. Fantastic player....

Something is clearly going on that we don't know about.

Looks awesoke twice a season, is gash for the rest of it. "free" would be a massive signing on fee and stupid wages. No.

He's just a bit of a loon isn't he?

One of them players who has bags of talent but sadly bags of erm...baggage too!

Suits Newcastle really.

Because he's a massive weapon whose ego is bigger than the goerdie fans. And his attitude stinks

Its the main reason why players like him (i.e. all the skill in the world) don't make it at the top top clubs. Think we were in for him before he joined Newcastle and there was talk from France about this issue and why he was being booted out

Unbelievable some of these comments.

Ben Arfa is a fantastic player. Wonderful skills....

Lets not forget the absolute bellend of a manager he has. Like I said, I would take him in a heart beat. Under the right guidance and stability of a football club, he would be a devastating player.

Ok guys.

Few sources on this fella saying he has reported back overweight and that he has now not been given a squad number for this season. Before his injury he was looking like a stand out performer. I think Roberto could get the best out of him and I also think he is the sort of player that could add to the playing side of things. The only worry would be his seemingly dodgey temprement.

No no no no no.

The epitome of a Match of the Day player.

Can't believe there's comments in this thread calling him fantastic, for example. Just no.

Behave mate

There is no doubting his ability as a player. Maybe a few personal problems, who knows whats going on with him but as a player and his ability, he is fantastic. Whatever is going on with him and that club he is at, its obviously weighing him down and affecting his consistency.

If it was just Newcastle where he'd had problems you might have a point, but wherever this lads been there's been a whole heap of trouble. Luckily Martinez considers all aspects of a players character and there's no way he'll be poisoning our good name.
