Hard life being a pro footballer

Seems a bit amateurish to be honest. I mean in cycling, every team has their own bus, which is specifically fitted out to cater for the needs of the riders after they've finished a race. It'll have all sorts of things designed to ensure their recovery is as good as possible.

Intravenous drips, fridges to keep the dope cool, transfusion bags. All that good stuff.

Edit: Appears I am a little late to the party.

The choice of a luxury coach with nice leather seats, loads of legroom and only your team-mates on board vs a Virgin Train to Euston calling at Crewe and Rugby, full of mouth-breathers bashing you as they make their way to the food carriage, first class or not, I know which option I'd choose.

Oi I've got a house in rugby. Solid commuter town on the up. 45 mins direct to Euston. Close to the motorways. No midlands accent. Countryside on your doorstep.
