Happy To Be Out Of Cup

Whilst I am never happy about losing to Liverpool, I am glad we out of the cup!

It has been a disastrous season so far and now we have no other distractions there is, to my mind, no excuse not to finish in a top half position.

I appreciate my thoughts will not be shared by all so comments please.

Yeah I'm absolutely delighted we've just lost late on to that vermin at the pit, and yes I'm absolutely delighted we are out the cup and haven't won a single thing in 23+ years.

No, I want to be in every competition as long as possible.

No watered down aspirations for me. There’s no excuse for how poor we are and how dross our recruitment team is.

I’m sick of being this irrelevant crap team to be honest! And we have lost our identity of recent years - boss young technically gifted spine of the team have all gone in search of the trophies that we bottle.

We end up with utter burnt bridges with ex players it’s a wonder anyone will look to join us again especially how we treat young lads from other countries and leagues.

Pretty sure we said the same excuse about going out of Europe - we can focus on the league and we’re still crap.

Dont get how anyone can be happy to be out the cup.cup comps should never effect how you do in the league,5 or so extra games in fa cup would not have effected us league wise,its not like it was even an extra game a week
