Mmmmmm I've never had a Goose ! but I do like a game bird, the meat is succulent and the breast lovely, but I prefere the leg. Whatever bird is on the table at Christmas I always get stuck in and can't wait for a goose, thanks for the heads up though!

My mate sent me a picture of a turkey yesterday but instead of that bit of loose skin on the turkeys neck, he had cut a hole there and threaded his nut sack through.
