Down here in Cornwall they have St Piran's day, which is March 5th. This year it's a bit of a damp squid due to covid, but normally it's quite a big thing down here. All the larger towns will have some form of official celebration such as a parade or procession, and whilst the Govt has not allowed them to make it an official bank holiday despite numerous requests, most councils give staff the day off and a majority of schools are also closed. It's a tradition that free pasties are handed out on St Piran's day
