That's what those big red shiny gloves she has on are for. They're her arsewiping gloves. She wears them when she is about to defecate, during defecation and in what can only be described as the aftermath of defecation.
As you can see here she is wearing them while adopting a modified straight back squat stance to relax the puborectalis muscle and aid bowel movement. It's a commendable effort but the expression on her face suggests a strong need to increase her fibre intake.
