Happy positive Budapest & Belgrade visiting thread.

I'm heading budapest 2 day a week next wednesday then Belgrade for 4 days. Any advice re: Belgrade, as have been to Budapest before? Things to do? Sight-seeing, best bars?
Sorry it may not be a popular thread with the Bosnians (I plan to go Mostar with the missus next year).
