I am on about that red lot they were in Division two for an age I had one second uncle who used to watch them in the early 1960's in the old Division 2 - they would be winning the league 2 division many seasons then in he last 6 games start getting beat they did not have the finances to survive in division 1 {Prem} he used to muse every season he could forecast what would happen - If you read what the state they were in when Shankly took over - thats when they took off unfortunately!
there training ground was rubbish Anfield needed work doing on it he told the board straight, he wanted the facilities like at Goodison, and Bellfield thats how much of a power we always were!

Just another team rubbish if you know your history they are not another team when they beat us any fan is more than dipondant or if we win we are more elated
They are our bitter rivals they stole our ground we did not whack Holding on the head we moved , and built a superior ground , and team in a respectful Everton way whack over the head?lollol

I know this picture has been posted before it a cartoon drawing of the temporary church moved to Southport - the present church replaced as a solid structure stands today;)
