Hamburg Assistance

Am heading to Hamburg in couple of weeks for a stag do. Anyone been? Any tips on where to go, where to avoid? We're staying in St Pauli and are all arld fellas in our 40s. Want to make sure I don't end up in some dive where bulky, angry doormen are marching me to a cashpoint to withdraw €350 for 2 Rum and cokes, if possible.

Never been to Hamburg but know a few who have,the consistent opinion is if you go to the Reeperbahn it will be expensive,that's all I can offer I'm afraid

Only tip I've got...don't buy anyone wearing a Miss Summers outfit a drink...and don't get separated

loads of boss boozers in and around the reeperbahn, pretty good one on the main drag with loads of benches outside, seemed to attract lots of bikers, I'll try and find the name
