Had it done to me, it's very professionally done. I told them to jog on - but could perfectly understand anyone being tricked by it.

Ta. Similar warning, do not open an email that seems to come from UPS, Royal Mail re a package they havnt been able to deliver. I did, and put our server down for hours.
