i used to love going to queens drive baths and gym as a kid. There chicken soup and vending machine select was sound .

I started a 12 week programme in Jan, to try and lose a bit of timber. Interestingly, I haven't felt the need to post about it on Social Media, with captions like "back at it", or "Love it when the gym is empty". I am shocked as I thought that was natural.
People who tag themselves in the gym are a scourge on humanity. Well in.

Do you have to take gym selfies to be a gym rat these days? Obviously you can see how much time I spend in the gym vs how much time I scroll social media by that question alone, but I still think it's valid.
Anyone taking selfies in the gym should receive the same scorn as people posting tediously ludicrous posts on GOT really.
