Just read about it on TEAMtalk.com. Had contractual disagreements with the board over transfer funds, didnt say how much though. Apparently he's told them he feels he's taken them as far as he can.

Wouldnt be disappointed if we went in for Poyet, i do like how his Brighton team plays and he's done really well there and as a not too disimilar record to Moyesy in his early stages of management, only that Moyes went one step further in the play offs in division 1/championship! (made the final and lost to Bolton).

I wouldnt be surprised to see if Poyet ends up quitting and putting himself forward for our job?!.

Do think Martinez is the front runner though, but i wouldnt mind him either or Pereira!.
 

There are strong rumours ( I repeat rumours) on the Brighton forum and repeated on our forum that something very unsavoury was found in the Palace dressing room at half time on Monday. This, together with Poyet feeling that he has taken them as far as he can, that a £10m budget for next season is not enough and wanting out anyway has culminated in him getting suspended.
Brighton's official statement merely says Poyet and his staff have been suspended pending further investigations, so the "unsavoury" thing in the Palace dressing room story may not be cobblers.
Buy the way; overrated, don't go there.
 

I don't normally do scurilous rumours with not a shred of evidence, but in their case I will make an exception.
 
Did they establish from who the turd, or SWP as it shall now be referred to, originated from? DNA tests involved?

I hope it isn't a smear campaign, it could get messy....
