Oh for sure. A lot of older Czech folks are pretty bitter about the whole thing. I mean the Allies gave up their country to Hitler first off, then to Stalin once the war ended.
There are other minority groups that claim this and that based upon being shat on historically by those in the west, you'd imagine many from central and eastern Europe probably feel the same, yet few that I know have a chip on their shoulder about it.
There will always be good and bad folks of whatever group you can think of, but all attempts at actually measuring this sort of thing suggest that eastern European migrants contribute far more than they take, and the ratio is much better than the native population.
