A fantastic debut album and one of the greatest guitar riff - I remember seeing a Robert Smith quote saying Vapour Trail had the greatest opening 15 seconds of any pop song ever.

Oh yes. Great pick. Had a very cool cousin heavily into Roxy Music, Bowie and these, very trendy girl. She used to play these to me and my brother when we visited, I was about 12, it was just before punk broke. I still listen to them all now periodically.

I didn't like any of the albums they made subsequently but that one is great. Raw, hungry and authentic. Then they started being able to afford decent cocaine and it went downhill very quickly indeed.
