Most players would have passed it, Seedorf knew better....

....remember a bloke called Clyde Best scoring a goal for West Ham at the Old Lady. Suspect it was never on telly, but I swear he picked the ball up by the dug outs dribbled his way down the touch line, then along the goal line at Gwladys St before making his way into the box and slotting. Amazing, but perhaps its got a bit sooped up in my mind with the passing of time.

Anyone who watched the Italian footy on Ch4 during the 90's might remember the goal george weah scored when he ran the length of the San Siro through all kinds of challenges before slotting it home

I loved the Italian footy

I loved the Italian footy

I remember that one, almost as good as Mirallas against Stoke (y)
For great goals, it hard to go past Van basten's volley in '88, although Romario's goal against Holland in WC 98? was also pretty special

Osman would have passed it back to Hibbert, who in turn would've gone square to Jagielka.

Was it the second goal on this video? I remember it too.

Italian footy on Channel 4 in the 90s, GOAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLAZIO. Boss.

Never EVER gets talked about when the 'best goals' discussion comes up but this is possibly the best goal of the premiership era

If Rooney, Le Tissier, Ginola, Di Canio, Shearer, had scored that it would be replayed on an infinite loop.
