We hear a lot about great vocals and guitar solo's, but what about great drummer's and the solo bits that make them great.

I'll find a link when I'm on the lap top, but Reni did a boss solo that went on for about 5 minutes at the end of I Am The Resurrection at Finsbury Park. Would probably be boring listening to it now, but at the time when off my tits it was boss.

Was ace on the album, but by 1977 it was like 50 minutes in their live set. Bit toooo much.

The only drum solo I can remember live was Cozy Powell, beards ago. It was brill. But in the main, they are bit dull.

In a top ten list of drum soloists, the top ten would be thus:

1) John Bonham
2) John Bonham
3) John Bonham
4) John Bonham
5) John Bonham
6) John Bonham
7) John Bonham
8) John Bonham
9) John Bonham
10) John Bonham

THE END.

Joey Jordison from Slipknot. He's so good he can play upside down....
