Does anybody else enjoy these?

I've only ever really read Batman ones an Frank Miller's Sin City ones.

My Batman favourite is A Death In The Family where The Joker kills Robin. It would make a brilliant movie.
And all the Year One books are ace too.

I'm interested in reading maybe some Superman ones and maybe some Captain America but don't know where to start. Anybody else interested in these?

Used to love them mate but havent read any in beards. There was an ace series called the Sky Surfer. Used to like the 2000 AD spin off stuff too

Reading one by Joe Sacco called Palestine at the moment...

Is what it says on the tin - his personal experiences in the '90s as Western journalist/writer/artist in Palestine & Israel.

Pretty informative, no super heroes or anything like that and gives a good insight into the situation over there without coming over like a history book like any other form of writing would've done... Has drawn what he saw & felt.

A good venture away from the usual fictional graphic novels.

Also just bought the Ender's Game series by Marvel, but not starting them until I've finished all the actual books first.

After many years just got back into 2000AD great stuff, but like you all say a bit on the pricey side, looking to have a go at the walking dead but again bloody expensive

WTH??? How, why....Ender's Game....graphic novel!!!!

As for graphic novels, 300 by Frank Miller is great.

Batman stuff, my 3 favorites are Knightfall, The Dark Knight Returns and then the one that chronicles Bane from birth to showing up in Gotham with the sole purpose of taking down Batman.
