Not a lover of it, but i like a flutter on the big races. Is there a list of the runners and riders for the National yet?

There is but at the moment its about 60-70 horses on the list so you will have to wait till mon or tues for the declaration of the final 40 + reserves

I concur. But the Grand National is the one race a year my family always place a bet on.

Lets be honest, its the betting industry that draws people in. Cant imagine there is a whole lot of people who love the sport for what it is. Its all about the flutter!

Not so sure i agree with that to be honest. Seeing these beautiful animals who are at peak fitness in full flow is an amazing sight. Then throw in the colours of the jockeys silks, the beautiful women who attend these events and you can see why its nicknamed 'Sport of Kings'
If you have never attended Grand National day, i would urge you to do so. The atmosphere is incredible and you dont have to bet heavy to have a good day out

Most of the lads on here trust me, at least I hope they do, so I would draw matters here or with someone else or draw it on line for a laugh. If you want I will not have a horse myself. As no actual money will change hands and it will add to the interest in the race and our entertainment I think it has to be worth a shout just to see if we can do it

great jump horse, should stay the distance. If its still in contention at the end mile or so. Will have a great chance.

What did i say.........hope you listend to me. I had £20 on the nose at 10-1. £220 back, fukkin get in. Just paid for last night out with the lads. the cloths i bought the other half this morning an todays bevvies......an tonights curry. An money left.
