It's the tip of the iceberg it seems. In the last few months we've had Pirate Bay blocked by ISPs, the desire from MPs to be able to 'turn off' social media during a riot, and Cameron wants to automatically block adult sites unless you opt-in to using them.
The web works so well because it is such a free place. Governments should [Poor language removed] and leave it be.
