I personally see no reason to change my name.

Arteta WAS an Everton player and an important player for us.

Whilst he possibly doesnt compare in the grand scale of things, given the loyalty of modern footballers, he did remain with a Club that has been going nowhere for a few Years now, he didnt leave us at his peak ,he gave us the best Years of his Career possibly.

Yes its true that since his awful injury he hasnt been quite the same player, niggling little injurys, possibly problems with his newborn Son and other Family issues surely havent helped. But he will shine again, of that I have no doubt, its just a shame that he wont do it in blue anymore.

Hes in the twlight of his career almost, Everton are clearly not gonna make the CL anytime soon, so hes left us to join a Club that competes most Seasons in it, I wish him nothing but luck and thank him for his wonderful service to our Club, a Club he called Home and a Club that im sure will stay with him forever.

So as I said, I wont be changing my Username, I see no reason or need.

Mikel Arteta was an Everton player, a great Everton player, for example and as I said, possibly to a lesser extent, than these players, but members such as Reidy, Sharpy and LCAB for example, they have the names of former Everton players, Everton greats, for me, Arteta was an Everton great and for this reason I see no need to change my name.
