Any of you bigger lads out there trying to lose a bit of weight.

I am 10 pounds down after four weeks but the loss has just stopped FFS.

Since I quit smoking 3 and a half years ago, I've gone from 11.5 stone to just shy of 15.

Yeah, could do with shedding a few.

Neither really mate. My mum's a prod, my dad was a pape. I was christened a prod but chose playing football on Sundays over going to church. Nowadays, I just ignore the whole malarkey, I'll repent on my deathbed.
