Built a wendyhouse/playhouse for my youngest daughter this summer. Took me a day to lay the base for it, and another day to build the damn thing!
It was supposed to be an easy self assemble kit, but I ended up having to totally remodel the "cabin" based on the materials that arrived.
She has played in it twice and now wont go in there since she saw a big spider hanging on the ceiling!

My daughter is 18 and at Uni......I wish she wanted me to build her a tree-house , it would probably be cheaper and less hassle.
My daughter is 23. Moving into her first council flat . I don't know why HER moving out is costing ME . I should just buy her a . Playhouses thingy . Cheaper.......for me :huh:
Bloke should have just got an old shipping container and put it in the tree for her. Get some immigrants in it to act as playmates. Job done.
