Gordon Jago is a well-known name in American soccer. He remains the winningest manager of my hometown club Tampa Bay Rowdies, and he spent many years in Texas building the Dallas Cup into a prestigious international youth tournament (which of course Everton has won before).

A very good football life, RIP.
