Rolled up next to a guy on a crotch rocket yesterday that had one stuck to his helmet...thought about asking him if he was doing it for insurance purposes as he was just on a normal 3 lane street and looked like he might've been going home from the community college just down the road. I could see it being of use for bikers in that way.

This was taken on a Go Pro. I bought a cheaper version of a camera. It was a mistake

tbh, when I play the vids my lad did on the tablet, using vlc player direct from the memory card the quality is way better than youtube is showing, in fact I'd say as good quality as that kayaking vid and it's indoors in an old wire works in Warrington.

We got my lad a go pro for Christmas and he used it when we were away skiing, he had the helmet mount and the pics/video's were brilliant.
He also used it when he went mountain biking.

The lad still uses the camera (SJ4000) a fair bit, yesterday he received one of these ...

an Eachine X220 Racing Drone that does about 45mph, it does have a camera that is for FPV use with these that he also got ...

he'll be fastening is SJCam to it and terrorizing folks no doubt, looking at vids online it does look decent.
anyway here's what it can do ...

on the original subject of the camera btw, SJCam have brought out some other models since, his cousin has i think SJ5000 which is slightly bigger and wld poss be a bit bigger for strapping on the drone, the original is still available & some of the newer incarnations have different lenses/firmware etc.

Doesn't half shift that new drone, need to get something for mounting his Cam on it now, and a big field so we can really see how fast it is
