How can an A.I. Software system be racist?

It's an unfortunate bug/error yes, but not racist.

Hmmm. Not racist. Massively embarrassing, but we're talking about a computer program that looks for key identifiers in an image. So the developers have some work to do, but it's not like they fed a load of pics of black people into the 'gorilla' mappings. Well I hope not anyway!
