Player Valuation: £20m
Do we own Goodison fully? I know that the training ground is owned by the council

If we do own the ground does anyone know what we'd get in terms of a price for the land and if so has this money been earmarked for anything?

I've seen nothing about the sale of goodison going towards the new stadium cost

Will the sale of the land then be used to pay for the new stadium and reduce the 40 year or so loan with the council?
I didn't think the loan for training ground was for 40 years, and it wouldn't of been that much to purchase anyway. From memory it was literally £5-10m for the the training ground but this was a few years back when we were paupers, whereas now we're FC Sexy with loads a money.
I can't imagine the club would get much for the footprint of Goodison Park unfortunately, given you could only really build a supermarket there or maybe 30-40 modest size houses. A couple of million maybe.

Everton have consistently said that there would be a legacy for the community on the site. (or at least part of it) So probably knocks a lot of the resale value off anyhow.

Hopefully they will keep the Bullens/gwladys stands and have a park with a goal where you can smash a pen in at the street end.
