I hate the etihad, Emirates, St Marys. ...the list is endless; lifeless stadiums. Goodison is ace, but is has its limitations, if it can be fully redeveloped I'd choose that over moving.

Apart from destroying the anfield area and leaving it to go the pits, forcing people from their home to leave said houses empty for years and devaluing the entire area
