….i bought it and loved reading it. What I liked was capturing Goodison memories of non-Everton people and not only opposition players but the likes of commentator Gerald Sinstadt (RiP). Amazing effort from @alan ball tracking them all down and capturing valuable reference material for generations to come.

Highly recommended.

Just got it for my birthday Steve - well trained kopite wife!

Only just started it but it’s fantastic so far, I’ve teared up already a couple of times, at my own memories that fire off reading, I’m going to be a total wreck on the last day.

Anyone who hasn’t got it yet, wharrayaplayinat! Get onto Steve or down to St Lukes pronto.

That’s very kind of you and I’m absolutely thrilled that it’s touched you. It was the publishers 4th best seller last year. It’s going to a second reprint because of the demand. Thanks to all that have bought it. Another book is out in May called Kendall’s glory years in their own words. It’s all about Kendall’s time from 1981-1987.

I can only echo the reviews of others on here. Fantastic book (as are the others) and well worth buying.
I look forward to the Kendall book in May.
