Arsenal are trying to seal a £23million deal for the Argentine striker.
And his father Jorge last week indicated talks with the Gunners were at an advanced stage.
However, Real continue to stress they are not pushing Higuain — who has three years left on his contract — out of the door and that new boss Carlo Ancelotti might want to keep him.
Ancelotti, the former Chelsea manager, plans a sit-down meeting with Higuain to work out his future.
It is understood Ancelotti believes there is a place for the 25-year-old Higuain in his set-up.
But if the striker makes it clear he wants to leave, then he will be allowed to do so.

Would be nice if Everton had enough cash to "try" and get players of that quality, can only dream.

Either Perez or Higuains father is lying?

They prob have bid, must be ****ing annoying that the entire football world has to wait until real Madrid sort their transfers out before anyone else can!

Its Perez, apart from being a well known ****, makes me think that the Suarez bid is connected to RM's stubborness into shipping Higuain.
