Going to Goodison for the first time.

Everything is straightforward really - just plan the whole trip & you'll get to see the places you want. Since the City is less than 3 miles from the ground you'll have plenty of time. The main thing to be aware is the time of the game. At the moment the game is expected to be on Saturday 12.30 but, with the other lot likely to be in the Europa League, it is more likely to kick off on Sunday at 13.30. So you need to book flights & hotels with this change in mind. Have a good one!!

p.s. Went to Iceland for a week last summer and absolutely love the place! I even had a reasonably-priced whale steak and it was superb.
