Only a minority and considering the way the UK is going, I'd probably not be too vocal about this.

Having said that, if someone at the match shouts, "Go in the goal!" à la golf, I might lose my normally pleasant demeanour.

More than half of those that voted so not a minority but let's not get bogged down in maybes about the rest. I'm not from the UK but if they elect Farage PM then they deserve what they get but he's not a felon for all his faults so it's not the same thing really. Reckon Corbyn's party will pull a lot of reform voters who are only there as protest anyway

As long as we don't get ads saying 'this defensive action was brought to you by Dorittos' I'm ok with the yank fans

Ah, honestly... Did you ever post something and then wish you hadn't bothered your arse? I apologise for leading this down that way.

Just don't want to crap on decent people with sweeping generalisations. Been at the sharp end of that.

Yea I hear you. I know for a fact there are decent people there, 10s of millions of them. Having said that in meeting a US stranger now, on probability I'd be judging them as likely to be of a certain type. Purely on probability, and would adjust accordingly. It's a pity but not suprising either is it?
Anyway, sweeping generalisations do catch up those that don't deserve it I agree, but by the same rationale giving people that have endangered global stability a pass because they are of the same nationality as decent people seems a bit off too.

Speaking of 'off'. We are way off topic here! My fault.
