Currently getting stuck rar into;

1) Maggi Tamarind sauce (on the side of my salmon fillet seasoned with Suya spices)
2) Crispy chilli oil drizzled all over a load of purple sprouting broccoli.

What other none basic (ie ketchup / brown sauce / mustard / horseradish)* condiments am I missing out on.

* unless they are exemplary versions of the type - stick you HP / Heinz up yer hoop

Current favourites:

Chimi Love Hot Chimichurri.

Grandma's Guyanese Hot Sauce - might be the best hot sauce I've ever had, I would happily drink it from the bottle.

Bay Tree Spicy Tomato Sauce.

Mr Naga pickle.

Stokes' Brown Sauce and Stokes' Ketchup.

I 'kin love overpriced condiments.

Get some cold, pre cooked chicken legs, coat in Frank's red hot buffalo sauce, cook for 10 mins on gas 6. Spread with St Agur blue creme. Optionally, scatter some bacon bits or crispy onion over the chicken too.

Thank me later.
Was going to suggest similar, but Janda Foods Buffalo Sauce and Cambozola on a chicken burger.
