Where one word ends with the same letter (or sound) the next word begins with, so you either run the two words together or make a pointed stop in between them called "the glottal stop".

Happens a lot with names, a friend of mine called their son Jack Campbell and people either say "JaCampbell" or "Jack...Campbell"
