Get a hat
Me and 11 other friends are looking on going next year and I just thought I'd ask is it better to get our tickets individually or to get them in groups as 8 and 3 which we're thinking of doing as you get put into a ballot when you register for a ticket. We're also thinking of putting a deposit on them instead of buying outright, anyone done this?

Nice one lids.

you should all get each others reg numbers and all try at the same time, it is a NIGHTMARE and pot luck to an extent..so best to have as many people trying from different places, efestivals glastonbury forum has great advice

Thanks mate, will look on there now.

yeh mate get as many people trying. Me and 4 lads were trying this year, one of the boys had asked his brother to have a go as well in case he got through, lo and behold he did and thank god he managed it! Think you can only do deposit if you try and get them when they first go on sale in october, and then you need to pay it in full in march when there's a small number that go on re-sale.

Thinking on skipping Glasto in favour of Reading & Leeds. There is no other reason there other than the fact I don't think Arctic Monkeys will play Glasto again, and they may headline R&L.

Still early though so that will probably change. Looking to get to even more gigs next year.

If we fail getting to Glastonbury we'll be going to Leeds, not a bad back up like.
