Getting to the Emirates.

hi i was looking on taking my dad to the arsenal game on the 10th of December with my brother and uncle... I enquired about the tickets which is no problem and there is a couple of hundred left. but the coachs are full(GUTTED) is there any cheaper way of getting there..train by virgin came to like 240 return surely theres a cheaper way!

Have you looked into flights? Sure you could get there for sub £100 and it'd be a lot quicker. Plus National express have been advertising anywhere for below a tenner recently as well

GroupSaveIf you're in a small group, 3 or 4 people can travel off-peak for the price of 2, plus children go for just £1 each. Ask at the station for a GroupSave ticket (no advance booking required)e.g. a group of 4 adults and 4 children could get to London for a total of £58 return, or just £64 including unlimited travel on London's buses and Tubes.

Off-peak tickets can be used on any London Midland train at the weekend, or on those due to arrive at Euston after 1000hrs on weekdays. There are no time restrictions on your journey back from London.
