Getting revenge - how to do it?!

OK, I often give people the benefit of the doubt, and perhaps am a bit trusting. The consequence this time is that some dude has done one with a calibration machine of mine worth £400+

Basically, he contacted me via Ebay and was interested in it but not sure if it was suitable. As I was desperate to get rid of it I said he could trial it and then let me know (I do this often with reputable companies and he is the director of his company).

Anyway, I was travelling through Brum so met him and gave him the unit then. He gave me his card etc we shook and went our seperate ways.

Since then he has been evasive and is now ignoring my calls, even my threats to come to his office (100 miles plus) to get it.

This chap is a big west Indian dude and a bit of a wide boy. Ideally I do not want a 1 on 1 with him unless I am armed.

I want the machjine back or I want revenge.

Any suggestions?
 

My suggestion would be to email/text him. Say you'll turn up demanding your money. Hopefully he'll reply with some type of abuse/threat. Then take that to the police and complain about the theft and the threat.

He'll deny it and they'll say it is a civil matter. If there's anything written in black and white then that will make for an easy small claims court decision.
 

there is a man i know called Pai Mei - he is an expert in kung fu - he knows a move called the Five Point Palm Exploding Heart Technique, if you could get him to teach you this, you will get your revenge.

but remember, don't back chat him and he doesn't like americans, especially not white blonde women
