Allardyce cannot be allowed to stay on past the West Ham game. Anyone who won't give him credit for turning our fortunes around in his first 5 or 6 games is being unfair and are blinded by their dislike of him.
But since then he has done no better than expected of him. He's won us games at Goodison that we should be winning, but has had an absolutely disgraceful attitude towards all away games, and most games against the top 6 in that time.
A draw at 17th place Swansea being described as a 'big point' will never be accepted at this club. We aren't Crystal Palace or Sunderland and he should have realised that when he declared 'I couldn't turn the chance down because it's Everton' when he first took charge.
It's true that's the official party line...let’s not forget, Walsh and Koeman had to agree all signings.
It's true that's the official party line.
But Rooney is all teary blue bill...This is half hinted at / confirmed by Koemans reported quote yes I could work with Wayne Rooney, not, I want WR or some version thereof.
Iirc, Koeman went public almost a sack me or back me over Schneiderlin.
Klassens? Who knows
Siggi? 'Somebody' pushed the urgency and thus the fee up to get him...and I dont think it was Walsh or Kenwright
So we have Kenwright, Walsh and Koeman, each you'd think with their own jobs to do, all doing...and doing badly, bits of the other two's jobs
Fault pure and simple laid at Moshiri's door.
Failure to define and lead...
As was also seen in the Barkley / Koeman spat.
Barkley went to who he saw as next up the tree - Kenwright
Koeman went to Moshiri...who hired him.
There is a Boardroom split...Walsh said he does the work for some signings and Koeman does the work for some signings but both have to sign them off before they can happen.
