Getting around a PC password

Switch your computer on
Keep pressing f8, not just with your finger on it, I mean keep tapping it
Administrator rights will come up
Keep tapping f12
Press control alt delete
Congrats, you have just become a dogger anonymous
 
Haven't done this in ages, at least several Windows ago, but you might be able to create a bootable disk (USB or CD) with software that allows you to create new admin accounts.

But you'd need someone more competent than me to walk you through this.

For many idiots it probably is. I'm not stupid though, I changed all my passwords to 09hydfDE4SDG67565 pretty sure nobody will guess that!
