getting a weird forum look

Keeps on appearing like it didnt connect right on my end. Using chrome if that matters. works fine on IE(blech) and my phone. Been happening for a few weeks now?

Start>>Computer>>C-Drive>>Windows>>System32: Delete folder.

Run a magnet over your hard drive, it gets most of the dust out, this will solve your problems

Over the last six weeks or so it's been happening about 90percent if the time. I feel like it stopped for a day or two then went back to that. Thought it was due to high traffic or something.
