Ugh kill me now, temperature of 40, swollen throat, blocked nose and its the clammiest night of the year :(

I thought posting on the internets might take my mind of it but its not its hurting my eyes just looking at the screen. Time to sit in silence for hours trying and ultimately failing to go to sleep.

so just necked some venos cough syrup, sudofed nasal spray, untold halls soothers and some paracetomol and codiene tablets, fingers crossed im still alive in an hour.

Me too.

Well, I'm not massively 'bunged up' but my throat is full and my voice isall croaky, plus I've been an unusually hot temperature the last two nights and haven't been able to sleep.

Got sunburn from playing footie in 30 degrees on Tuesday and had to sleep with ice cling-filmed to my leg last night it was hurting so much. Worked great until I woke up in a cold patch, thought I'd pissed myself until I realised.

Ear infections, feet starting to bubble, general itchiness all round.

Dr reckons nothing to do with heat but then he hasn't written down the atmospheric conditions and temperature when I've been back and forth, I know it is related and cant just be coincidence. Ear infection needed amoxycillin this time in tablet and drops form, and that stuff seems to set other stuff off.

Have you guys tried dust of the saw variety?

I'm getting occasional bouts of Hay Aids and find that sawdust mixed with water sorts me right out.
