Don't know how qualifying would work, but if you were a cynic, it might mean extra games for the cash cow that is Wembley.

Wasn't the gb team in 2012 mostly kids. I'd be happy to see us send an under 19 team of footballers not on a pro cotnract yet.

But not the likes of bale and sterling.

If the rules are the same all the players, bar three, must be under 23.

The article says that several Welsh and Scottish players at London 2012, there weren't any scottish players! Not in the men's team anyway, I think there was one in the women's team!

I'd love for it to happen, thinking of young scottish players that might get in? Gauld, Armstrong, Robertson? Not clued up on young Welsh players really but Bale should get one of the older player's places!
